Note - the Pre-Conference Sessions run concurrently. Please only select one to attend.

• SOLD OUT: Pre-Conference Sessions 1A: SACSCOC Substantive Change Workshop = $78 (includes lunch)

• Pre-Conference Session 1B: IE Evaluator Training = $78 (includes lunch).
  Note - To qualify to attend IE Evaluator Training you must meet all 3 of the following stipulations.
  1. You are currently an active SACSCOC IE Evaluator;
  2. You have not participated in the SACSCOC IE Evaluator training before;
  3. You have 1 or no SACSCOC committee service experience.

• Conference Fee + Annual Membership* = $475 (includes welcome reception Monday night and lunch on Tuesday and breakfast on Wednesday)
  Register Early and Save! - Early Bird Registration is $425 (That's $50 off the regular price when you register by 7/15/24.)

Cancellation and Refunds Cut Off Date: 8/16/24

Cancellations and Refunds >> Email [email protected] with your cancellation and refund request no later than 8/16/24. Due to hotel and catering final count deadlines, the cancellation and refund request deadlines have been revised to August 16th. Please notify us at your earliest convenience if you need to cancel your registration.

Replacement Attendees >> Requests to replace an existing ticketed conference attendee with a replacement attendee must be submitted online using this form. Substitutions may be made through September 9.

PLEASE NOTE: Reservations are available from September 15th to September 18th at the conference rate of $237. If you plan to check out on September 19th, please book your stay through September 18th and notify Mandy Sessions at [email protected]. You will receive a confirmation email once the additional night has been added to your reservation.

Also, if you see a $15 fee added, increasing the rate to $252, please be aware that this fee will be removed at check-in.
